UniverSL Software and Western Hospital joined together to create SHQ to benefit people with this all important knowledge on sexual health. We have heard your comments via email and phone and we really appreciate the feedback. So we are proud to announce "SHQ 2.0" effective from 15.8.11. 

This new and improved SHQ will have the following features:

• SHQ will now be a useful daily information source on sexual health.
• No more having to answer a quiz to get the latest information on sexual health as the information now comes on the first SMS itself with no questions to answer!
• We will try our උපරිම to utilize the whole 160 characters to give you as much information as possible with minimum advertising so your daily SMS is full of useful stuff!
• Very soon you will be able to send in your own question on sexual health which can be answered by our panel of doctors + other cool stuff in development!

Our blog will also be:

• Posted every week in and around Sunday.
• Giving not only useful information about SHQ but sexual health news from Sri Lanka and around the world!
• Hosting guest bloggers who may range from Sexual Health Consultants to Counselors!

Today we would like to get into the details of what we will be covering in Sexual Health Quiz or SHQ for short. We know the feeling well... "I think its a good service, I dont mind spending around Rs. 30 a month... But what am I getting?..."

1. Sexually Transmitted Diseases
When one thinks of health it hard to escape its counterpart: disease. Like it or not we need to have a basic knowledge on dangerous illness like AIDS, Syphilis as well as minor ailments like a UTI. Either way SHQ will provide some answers to these questions!

2. Sexual Psychology
We are all human. At times our thoughts are not pure. We start to see people in a way they dont want to be seen. We search for ♥ in all the wrong places. The problem is in the mind! In SHQ we empower you with the mental aspect of sexual health. From depression to dysfunction we shall start your knowledge of discovery.


3. Social Scenarios
Society කියන්නේ මාරු වෙන සතෙක්! We are sometimes put in various situations where we find it difficult to respond. Sometimes we think "அநியாயம்! මට මේවගේ කියන්ඩ තිබුණා!". So we went and started collecting some situations like this put them in the quiz so you can be prepared to face those awkward moments better than ever before!
